Email Confirmation
An order confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided when placing your order after successful payment. With your confirmation, we will ship out your purchased items as soon as possible. Generally, your order will be processed within 1-5 working days. If more time is required, we will notify you by email. Feel free to contact us at Clarence@qd3dprinter.com if you have any questions about package lead time.

If no confirmation is received, we assume that you have confirmed the order.
Please place your order carefully. If you need to cancel your order, be sure to contact us before shipping.
Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled. If you still want to cancel, you may refuse delivery, but please note that non-defective returns will require you to pay round-trip shipping fees.
Shipping
Qidi Tech has local warehouses in the EU. Logistics transportation usually takes 3-7 days. If you order 3D printers and accessories or filaments at the same time, we will ship in batches.
Shipment Service Provider
Usually, goods will be shipped by DHL, UPS, Amazon Logistics, GLS, or DPD.
Shipping Cost
We offer free shipping for 3D Printers from our EU local warehouses. If your order does not qualify, the shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.

Shipping Restrictions
We can ship orders to the contiguous 48 states, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Guam(extra charges may apply). You may determine shipping rates to your destination at the checkout page.
You may only ship to one address per order. If your order contains items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address.
Tariff
If the product you purchased involves cross-border transportation, you need to do the customs clearance yourself.
Value Added Tax (VAT)
If you are an EU company with a valid VAT number, contact us at lexie@qd3dprinter.com for an invoice showing VAT after placing an order.

Delivery and Inspection
As our printers are high-value items, please monitor the delivery schedule. In case you are not at home during the delivery window, we recommend contacting the courier in advance to arrange a suitable delivery time to ensure you are available to receive the package successfully.
Once you (or someone else on your behalf) collect the item, QIDI will consider this your acceptance of the package, quantity, and product. To protect your rights, you are highly recommended to shoot a complete unboxing video. If you notice any damage to the packaging, items are missing or damaged, please contact QIDI Support within 24 hours after you receive the package so that we can resolve the problem immediately.
FAQ
My package says delivered, but I didn’t receive it.
Sometimes tracking information can be incorrect, and packages are marked as delivered before they actually arrive. Your package will most likely be delivered within a few days, but it’s great to check with your neighbors and/or shipping carrier for more information in the meantime! If you do not receive your order in a couple of days, please contact our Customer Support team within 3 days of the last tracking update, with your order number and tracking information.
What should I do if my order hasn’t been delivered?
Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays. We recommend reaching out to the shipping carrier for more information on the status of your order. If your order has exceeded typical shipping times, please contact our Customer Support team.
My order tracking hasn't been updated for many days?
We're so sorry for the delay with your package! Although tracking does not indicate this, we can assure you that your package is still in transit to you. If the tracking wasn't updated for more than 7 days, please contact our Customer Support team or shipping carrier directly for further help.
Will my package be charged delivery/customs fees?
All international orders are subject to customs and duty fees as defined by the country of import. Duties will be determined by the country of import of your order based off product value.
