Qidi Odorless-ABS Rapido Filament

Qidi Tech Odorless-ABS Rapido Filament is an ABS-based filament specially developed for 3D printing. Compared with other ABS filaments, it has a much lower odor and excellent mechanical properties. QIDI Tech ABS is a high-strength ABS-based 3D printing filament with outstanding mechanical properties. The tensile strength of its 3D printed parts in the XY axis direction can be close to 40MPa. Therefore, QIDI Tech ABS is ideal for printing functional prototypes, jigs and low-volume production parts. QIDI Tech ABS can be used together with QIDI S-White Quick-Remove Support Material to solve the poor surface of complex model above supports.

Minimum Odor During Printing

QIDI TECH uses a low VOC treatment technology that removes small molecule organic volatiles. QIDI TECH Odorless ABS Rapido has a significantly lower content of fine flament volatiles compared to traditional ABS resins.

QIDI TECH Odorless ABS Rapido filament has improved Z-axis strength and high interlayer adhesion.Excellent adhesion between layers creats great solidity.As a result, prints printed by QIDI TECH Odorless ABS filament can withstand great mechanical stress without breaking and have high durability.

Designed and manufactured with clog-free patent to ensure a smooth and stable printing experience with these filament refills. Full mechanical winding and strict manual examination, to make sure the line tidy and less-tangle, so as to avoid possible line breaking.

Recommended Support Material QIDI S-White Quick-Remove Support

• Compared with PLA, PETG and other materials, ABS materials need a higher chamber temperature to help release the residual stress during the printing process. Please keep the printer chamber closed during the printing process. It can effectively avoid printed parts from warping and cracking. If the device has a heated chamber, it is recommended to set the temperature of heated chamber between 55-80°C.

• If the ABS filament has been unpacked for a long time and the printing quality starts to degrade during the printing process, please dry the filament at 70-80°C for 4-6 hours before printing.

• Although Qidi Tech Odorless-ABS has much less odor compared with similar products, it is still recommended to place the printer in a well-ventilated area during printing.



Printing Tips

• It is recommended that put the filament into a dry box (humidity below 15%) immediately after opening the QIDI Odorless ABS vacuum foil bag for printing. Please put the unused filament back into the original aluminum foil bag for sealed storage.

Vacuum Aluminum Foil Packaging

According to the test, the water vapor transmission rate of ordinary sealed packaging is 4.76%, while the water vapor transmission rate of vacuum aluminum foil packaging we use is only 0.014%. It can be seen that vacuum aluminum foil packaging is more water-resistant.
