Email Confirmation

An order confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided when placing your order after successful payment. With your confirmation, we will ship out your purchased items as soon as possible. Generally, your order will be processed within 1-5 working days. Notes:

  • If no confirmation is received, we assume that you have confirmed the order.
  • Please place your order carefully. If you need to cancel your order, be sure to contact us before shipping.
  • Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled. If you still want to cancel, you may refuse delivery. Please note that non-defective returns or delivery refusals will require you to pay round-trip shipping fees and any incurred customs charges.

Shipping & Delivery

Qidi Tech has local warehouses in the EU for 3D printers and stock items. Logistics transportation usually takes 3-7 days. If your order contains multiple items (such as a 3D printer and accessories or filaments at the same time), we will ship them in batches to ensure you receive your 3D printer as quickly as possible.

Shipment Service Provider

Usually, goods will be shipped by high-quality regional Couriers, primarily including DHL, UPS, Amazon Logistics, GLS, or DPD.

Shipping Cost

We offer free shipping on standard 3D printers and any local stock orders totaling €49.99 EUR or more within the European Union. For local stock orders under €49.99 EUR, a flat shipping fee of €8.00 EUR will apply.

Shipping Restrictions

We deliver orders to mainland destinations within the European Union countries. Please note that certain island territories, remote zip codes, or non-EU regions (including Malta) may not qualify for local warehouse dispatch and will require standard direct shipping from our China warehouse; final shipping rates for these regions will be calculated accurately on the checkout page.

You may only ship to one address per order. If your order contains items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address.

Tariffs & Value Added Tax (VAT)

Tariffs: For products fulfilled locally from our EU warehouses, no cross-border customs clearance is required. However, if the specific item you purchased involves international cross-border transportation from our China warehouse, you will be responsible for handling the standard import clearance process according to local customs policies.

Value Added Tax (VAT): If you are an EU-registered company with a valid VAT number, please contact us at lexie@qd3dprinter.com after placing your order to request a formalized invoice showing your corporate VAT details.

You can track your package in one of the following ways:

  • Check your email inbox for shipping confirmations containing the carrier name and unique tracking number.

  • Track your shipment live yourself at https://www.17track.net/en using the tracking number provided.

Delivery and Inspection

As our 3D printers are high-value engineering devices, please monitor your delivery schedule closely. In case you suspect you will not be home during the carrier's delivery window, we highly recommend contacting the courier company in advance to arrange a secure delivery time to ensure you can accept the package successfully.

Once you (or an authorized representative on your behalf) collect and sign for the item, QIDI TECH will consider this your official acceptance of the package weight, item quantity, and external product condition. To fully protect your consumer rights, we highly recommend recording a continuous, complete unboxing video. If you notice any severe damage to the packaging, or find items missing/damaged upon opening, please contact QIDI Support within 24 hours of delivery so we can investigate and resolve the problem immediately.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

My package says delivered, but I didn’t receive it.

Sometimes tracking information updates prematurely, and packages are marked as delivered just before they actually arrive. Your package will most likely be delivered within a couple of business days. In the meantime, we suggest checking around your property with neighbors or your local carrier for details. If you still haven't received your order after a few days, please contact our Customer Support team within 3 days of the final tracking status update, providing your order number.

What should I do if my order hasn’t been delivered?

Please note that estimated transit frames count business days only (excluding weekends and statutory public holidays). We highly recommend reaching out to the shipping carrier first for the most immediate updates. If your shipment has significantly exceeded typical logistics timelines, please contact our Customer Support team.

My order tracking hasn't been updated for many days?

We are very sorry for the logistics delay! Even if the online tracking page doesn't refresh instantly, your package is almost always still safely moving towards your address. If the tracking information remains completely frozen for more than 7 days, please contact our Customer Support team or the shipping carrier directly for deep-dive assistance.

Will my package be charged delivery/customs fees?

Orders shipped directly from our local EU domestic warehouses will not be subject to unexpected import customs fees or standard duties. For special items or specific accessories shipped directly from our main warehouse in China, the packages are subject to international customs regulations and duties as defined by the country of import based on the product value.
